I'm leaving my day job to be a writer. Along with giving up the regular paycheck and the security therein, I'm also giving up workaholism and stress. I found myself in an untenable situation. The workload and demands being made upon me precluded a second career. Where I have produced six books in less than three years while working a demanding full time job, I found the writing window slowly closing.
